Declaration of conformity of the cost accounting system used by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 19 of Law No. 102/99 of 26 July, as amended by Decree-Law No. 116/2003, of 12 June, it is incumbent on ICP - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ICP - ANACOM), as regulatory authority, to approve the Cost Accounting System used by the universal service provider, to oversee its correct application and to publish on an annual basis a declaration attesting the conformity of the cost accounting system and of results achieved.
In order to fulfil that provision, it is thus made
ublic that the declaration of conformity of the Cost Accounting System used by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S. A. - 2010 financial years, as issued by ICP - ANACOM, is available to all stakeholders at the Customer Services of Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, located at Avenida José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, and also at this Authority's website at www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
