The BEREC expert working group on Net Neutrality (NN EWG) met twice during the month of April 2016: (i) on 13-14 April at the headquarters of the Dutch regulator (ACM) in the Hague, the Netherlands, and (ii) on 27-28 April in Riga, Latvia. Those meetings continued the work of drawing up and completing the guide for European regulators that interprets and explains Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, which establishes measures concerning open internet access.
That guide will be submitted to public consultation, probably starting in early June 2016 and for a six-week period, so that final approval of same can take place on 30 August, as envisaged in the aforementioned regulation.
