The ERGP Steering Group, comprising the ERGP chair, the secretariat (European Commission) and the ERGP working group chairs, held a meeting on 21 April in Sofia, Bulgaria. It focused on presenting the current status of work carried out by the ERGP working groups on ERGP strategy, regulatory accounting/price regulation, implementation and evolution of universal service obligations, user satisfaction and monitoring of the postal services market, e-commerce parcel delivery and network access regimes.
