The plenary meeting of the EaP Regulators Group was held last 8 April in Riga, preceded by a 7 April workshop on “Regulatory Governance”. The plenary meeting approved the working plan for 2016, the 2016 working groups (spectrum, benchmarking and roaming) and revision of the statutes/memorandum of EaPeReg, especially with reference to the NRAs of the European Union.
