The BEREC expert working group on Net Neutrality met last 3 November in Brussels to prepare work flows for 2017.
Also analysed were various zero rating offers and other traffic types not accounted for in the data caps reported by the different countries in order to assess application of the TSM Regulation and the BEREC guide on net neutrality and also to try to achieve a more harmonious understanding about those practices among the various countries.
