The last EMERG workshop of 2016 was held on 14-15 December in Rome to debate net neutrality. Among other aspects, the gathering aimed to identify measures regarding this matter to be implemented by EMERG. The aim is not only to approach the European framework, but above all to produce future recommendations for an approach harmonised as far as possible among the non-European members.
