Extension of the consultation period on the evaluation of the EC Recommendation on the analysis of the markets of wholesale local access provided at a fixed location and wholesale central access at a fixed location for mass-market products

By decision of 19 January 2017, ANACOM has approved extending by 5 working days the deadline for responses to the prior hearing and general consultation procedure on the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1401979, approved on 22 December 2016, evaluating the European Commission (EC) Recommendation of 29 November 2016 in respect of processes PT/2016/1888 and PT/2016/1889. These processes concern the analysis of wholesale local access provided at a fixed location (Market 3a) and wholesale central access at a fixed location for mass-market products (Market 3b).
