Rome hosted last 4 April a meeting of the ERGP Steering Group, comprising the ERGP chairmanship, the secretariat (European Commission) and the heads of the ERGP working groups.
The meeting focused on presenting and discussing the working programme for 2018 and the ERGP roadmap on efficiency. Presentations were also given on the work conducted by the ERGP working groups, namely on regulatory accounting/price regulation, implementation and evolution of universal service obligations, user satisfaction and monitoring of the postal services market, e-commerce parcel delivery and network access regimes.
