Notice no. 7859/2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1414696, setting out ANACOM's Recommendation to undertakings in possession of or managing infrastructure suitable for carrying electronic communications networks where ownership of this infrastructure is in dispute, was published in Diário da República (Official Journal) of 2 July.
Within the scope of its powers and responsibilities, ANACOM arranged broad dissemination of this Recommendation by publishing a notice in the following daily newspapers on 14 July 2017: Correio da Manhã, Jornal de Notícias, Diário de Notícias da Madeira and Açoriano Oriental.
