CTT proposes that the minimum amount for subscribing a spot contract is increased from 1000 euros to 1500 euros. It should be recalled that, in its price proposal for 2016, CTT mentioned that it intended to update this value to gradually reach the amount of 2500 euros that applies to pre-active customers.
According to evidence demonstrated by CTT, there are only [SCI] [ECI] customers who subscribed spot contracts with an average annual invoicing value below 1000 Euros per year, the respective average invoicing value being around [SCI] [ECI] Euros, individually, which thus represents a total invoicing value of around [SCI] [ECI] Euros per year.
This means, taking into account CTT’s information, that the increase to 1500 euros of the minimum annual invoicing amount for subscribing a spot contract will have but a low impact on users in general and on conditions of affordability of the universal postal service..
