Approval of the values of postal service quality indicators recorded by CTT in 2016

On 15 September 2017, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the quality of service indicators (QSI) of the universal postal service recorded by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2016.

It was further decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of CTT for a period of ten working days so that the company may, if it sees fit, express its position in writing.
