The 27th Digital Business Congress was held on 27 and 28 September 2017, at Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon on the theme "The Digital Economy and Citizenship". The Congress was organised by APDC - Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento das Comunicações (Portuguese Communications Development Association).
The conference was attended by João Cadete de Matos, Chair of ANACOM's Board of Directors, as keynote speaker on the panel "State of the Nation of Communications". Luís Manica, ANACOM's Head of Market Regulation, also made a presentation, as keynote speaker on the "Regulation" panel.
The event received sponsorship from ANACOM.
