By final decision of 26 October 2017, ANACOM has approved addenda to the ITED Manual (3rd edition) and the ITUR Manual (2nd edition), bringing these manuals into line with the Construction Products Regulation (EU Regulation no. 305/2011 http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32011R0305 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011), particularly as regards definition of fire resistance classes in cables for various types of buildings.
It was also determined that the addenda will enter into force on 1 January 2018, and that they be published on ANACOM's website.
Notice will also be published in 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal), under the terms of article 106, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Decree-Law no. 123/2009 of 21 May, as amended by Decree-Law no. 92/2017 of 31 July.
