A meeting between ANACOM and DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection) took place on 22 November 2017, at ANACOM's premises in Lisbon; matters were discussed related to consumer relations, universal service (telephone and postal services), net neutrality and e-commerce.
Representing DECO, the meeting was attended by Ana Tapadinhas (Director-General), Paulo Fonseca (Coordinator of Legal and Economic Department) and Tito Rodrigues (Institutional relations), and representing ANACOM, by João Cadete de Matos (Chair), José Perdigoto (Vice-Chair) and Isabel Areia (Member of the Board).
