By decision of 16 February 2018, ANACOM has authorised the transfer from IP Telecom - Serviços de Telecomunicações to Infraestruturas de Portugal of rights of use of numbering resources of the PNN - Plano Nacional de Numeração (National Numbering Plan) associated with the operation and use of the GSM-R network (used in the railway system).
These rights are made subject to compliance by Infraestruturas de Portugal with the conditions established in article 37 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 Februaryhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=383150) as under the terms of the Annex to the decision, which forms an integral part thereof.
ANACOM also decided to waive the requirement for a prior hearing of IP Telecom - Serviços de Telecomunicações and Infraestruturas de Portugal pursuant to point f) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of the CPA - Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), since the facts of the proceedings gave basis to a decision which is wholly favourable to the parties concerned.
