A meeting of drafters of BEREC’s working group on Next Generation Networks was held last 14 February in Brussels, focusing on the project concerning bitstream-type offerings (in level 2 OSI) in market 4 (high-quality access market). The meeting served to discuss the proposed report on existing bitstream offerings in Europe and their characterisation in terms of functions.
