Application of Implementing Decisions (EU) 2017/1438 and 2017/1483

By determination of 26 April 2018, ANACOM approved the rollout of (i) Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1438 of 4 August, amending Decision 2007/131/EC on the harmonised use of radio spectrum for equipment using ultra-wideband technology in the Community, and (ii) Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1483 of 8 August, amending Decision 2006/771/EC on harmonisation of the radio spectrum for use by short-range devices and repealing Decision 2006/804/EC.
These Decisions of the European Commission were implemented by incorporation into the National Table of Frequency Allocations.
