CTT request to deduct records referring to shipments of non-priority mail, non-priority parcels, priority and registered mail for the purpose of calculating indicators of quality of service in respect of February 2018

By determination of 21 June 2018, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the request presented by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) seeking that records referring to non-priority mail, non-priority parcels, priority mail and registered mail be disregarded where directly affected by disruptions to air traffic caused by bad weather at Funchal Airport on 7 and 8 February 2018 in all mail to and from the Autonomous Region of Madeira, with the exception of internal shipments within the Autonomous Region of Madeira.

This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of CTT for a period of 20 working days, pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
