Dispute between MEO and Vodafone concerning non-compliance with RPAO procedures

By decision of 21 June 2018, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on a request for intervention to resolve administrative disputes between MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais as regards non-compliance with procedures established and regulated by the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO), in particular, regarding the installation of customer drops.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a prior hearing, giving interested parties a period of ten working days to put their views in writing.
