Approval of draft regulation on the registration of postal service providers

By decision of 9 August 2018, ANACOM has approved a draft regulation on the registration of postal service providers.

It was decided to submit this draft regulation to public consultation pursuant to article 10 of ANACOM's Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094 and articles 98 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and for the purposes set out in article 9 of Lei Postal (Postal Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1127982).

On the same date, it was determined to publish the draft regulation in Diário da República (Official Journal) - publication on 23 August 2018, in Series II of the Diário da República (Official Journal) no. 162/2018 - Notice no. 12035/2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1458628, thereby initiating, as from this date, a period of 30 working days for interested parties to comment (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
