The COM.escolha simulation tool, which is provided by ANACOM, received 23,527 visits in the third quarter of 2018 from a total of 20,413 users, an increase of 27.73% compared to the second quarter of the year.
The most used comparisons/simulations were:
- Mobile phone services - tariff consultation (16,968 accesses).
- Internet - tariff consultation (10,221 accesses).
- Combined services - tariff consultation (2,783 accesses).
- Internet - consumption simulation (2,625 accesses).
- Combined services - consumption simulation (2,290 accesses).
- Mobile phone services - consumption simulation (2,036 accesses).
A total of 87,571 pages were visited, representing an average of 3.72 page-views per visit. 90.1% of visits were accesses originated by new users and 9.9% were originated by returning users.
