The first edition of the Stakeholder Forum of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) took place on 20 September 2018, in Brussels. The forum was organised jointly with the European Commission and focused on the theme "When digital meets postal - Evolution or revolution?".
This forum brought together representatives from the postal and digital fields and electronic commerce, to discuss changes to the postal sector in the face of growth in e-commerce activities and the regulatory future.
The Chairman of ANACOM's Board of Directors, João Cadete de Matos, who will chair the ERGP in 2019, presented the proposed ERGP work programme for 2019 (document subject to public consultationhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1456690 which closed on 24 September 2018).
