On 31 October 2018, ANACOM approved the final decision amending the semi-annual portability questionnaire, which must be completed by companies with portability obligations - i.e. companies covered by paragraph 3 of article 1 of Regulamento da Portabilidade (Portability Regulationhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333120). This decision stems from the need to adapt the questionnaire to the changes introduced by Regulation no. 255/2017 of 16 Mayhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1415433 and by Regulation no 257/2018 of 8 Mayhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1435216, as well as from a need to collect additional information.
Following analysis of the contributions received in response to the prior hearing to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision of 2 August 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1458593) and the report on this hearing (also approved), ANACOM considered it appropriate to introduce amendments to the new questionnaire that were not included in the draft decision and to remove certain questions.
It was also determined that responses to this questionnaire should be submitted to ANACOM by 30 January 2019 (information reported with reference to the end of the second half of 2018). As exceptions, responses to questions 3.2 (Part I) and 6 (Parts I and II) of the new questionnaire are to be submitted for the first time by 30 July 2019 (information reported with reference to the end of the first half of 2019).
Furthermore, as regards the items requested in questions 3.2 (Part I) and 6 (Parts I and II), it was decided that companies must submit data as under the semi-annual portability questionnaire in force until nowhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=996570 (questionnaire approved by ANACOM on 11 November 2009). This data is to be submitted to ANACOM by 30 January 2019 (information reported with reference to the end of the second half of 2018.
