Issue 364 of the Radio Science Bulletin, published by the International Radio-Scientific Union (URSI), devoted a special section to the articles by Portuguese students who submitted entries to the Best Student Paper Award upon occasion of 11th Congress of the Portuguese Committee of URSI in 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1413564.
These articles were written by the students Rodrigo Veríssimo, Alexandra Mourato, Carolina Gouveia, Marina Jordão and Michael Duarte. Pedro Cruz, António Topa and Tiago Morgado made part of the jury responsible for the selection and revision of the articles.
Publication in the URSI bulletin provides international dissemination of work carried out by young students in Portugal, and motivates more students to enter the Best Student Paper Award, whose application process for the 2018 editionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1463309 closes on 28 November.
