João Cadete de Matos, Chairman of ANACOM gave an interview on 2 November 2018, during the 20th Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations agency for information and communication technologies (ICT).
The Chairman focused on the importance of ICTs for the social and economic development of remote areas, in particular island territories and regions away from large cities.
