The ERGP Contact Network held a meeting last 25 October in London; highlights included presentation of the 2019 working programme in the wake of the respective public consultation. The subgroups also presented the results of their work, especially the report on postal sector developments and impacts on regulation, the report on quality of service, consumer protection and complaint handling, the report on postal sector developments and the report on allocation of distribution costs in the universal service network. Ofcom also used the occasion to give a presentation on the postal market in the United Kingdom.
