A meeting between this Authority and the Portuguese Ombudsman's team took place on 16 April 2018 at ANACOM's headquarters in Lisbon.
This meeting, which was attended by the Chair of the Board of Directors of ANACOM, João Cadete de Matos, and the Deputy Ombudsman, Teresa Anjinho, dealt with matters related to the handling of citizens' complaints regarding the communications sector, the strategic orientation and the actions that have been pursued by ANACOM aimed at the protection of consumers, as well as the cooperation between the two institutions in the context of their responsibilities.
