Review of reference speeds associated with coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band

On 26 June 2019, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the review of the reference speeds associated with coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties pursuant to articles 121 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) for a period of 20 working days following notification. It is likewise submited to public consultation, pursuant to article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114), for the same period of 20 working days, but counted from the date on which the present draft decision is made available on ANACOM's website. Interested parties wishing to respond should send comments in writing and in Portuguese.
