By decision of 21 August 2019, ANACOM approved the final decision on the CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) proposal, which complements the postal network density targets and minimum offers of service set out in ANACOM's decision of 15 September 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418158.
The report of the consultation to users was also approved on the 11 July 2019, to which the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1476206 was subject to, a procedure for which 29 contributions were received from the following entities within the deadline: Consumers Association from the Azores Region (ACRA), National Association of Portuguese Municipalities (ANMP), Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection (DECO), Central Alentejo Intermunicipal Community (CIMAC), Douro Intermunicipal Community (CIMDouro), Municipalities of Armamar, Carrazeda de Ansiães, Mealhada, Moimenta da Beira, Montemor-o-Novo, Palmela, Penedono, Ponte de Lima, Sabrosa, Santa Marta de Penaguião, Santo Tirso, São João da Pesqueira, Sernancelhe, Tabuaço, Vila Viçosa, and Parish Councils of Celavisa, Folques, Loures, Pedrouços, Pousaflores, Praia da Mira, Santa Maria Maior (Funchal), São Pedro da Torre and Regilde.
The contributions from the Municipalities of Calheta, Odivelas and Torre de Moncorvo and the Parish Council of Picote were received after the deadline, reason for which they were not commented on in the consultation report to users, even though they were taken into account for internal reflection purposes.
