The Communications Committee met last 24 September in Brussels, where the European Commission presented and promoted discussion of some implementing acts regarding the contract summary template (Code article 102, section 3), an update about smart cells (Code article 57) and about the .eu top-level domain. The current situation of ‘112’ and '116’ implementation and the 2019 EU Justice Scoreboard was presented, along with results from a study about mobile satellite service (MSS) systems. Also discussed was the possibility of introducing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate implementation of the directive on broadband cost reduction.
