By decision of 2 April 2020, ANACOM did not object to the transfer, to Código Suplente, of the right of use of frequencies in the 87.5-108 MHz band allocated to FMEASY - Empresa de Radiodifusão e Informação, for the provision of a service of local radio programmes in the municipality of Portimão.
At the same time, ANACOM did not object to the transfer of the radio station license of radio broadcasting service number 20276 and the radio network license of fixed service (studio-broadcaster connections) number 507730, nor to the transfer of the permit for operation of the radio data system (RDS) with the programme channel name “PORTIMAO”.
