Approval of provisional measure imposed on CTT on the density targets of the postal network and minimum services offered

By decision of 30 September 2020, ANACOM approved (i) the sending to CTT of a request to inform ANACOM of the postal network density targets network and minimum services offered referred to in number 1 of clause 15 of the Concession Contracthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=980250 and (ii) a provisional measure that defines the postal network density targets and minimum services offered for enforcement until the approval of new postal network density targets and minimum services offered pursuant to clause 15.
