By final decision of 4 November 2020, ANACOM approved the amendment of the right to use of frequencies (DUF) held by Dense Air Portugal, embodied in ICP-ANACOM no. 04/2010https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=345109, pursuant to entry number 6, to be incorporated in the entitlement document.
On that same date, ANACOM also approved the report on the procedures (prior hearing and public consultation) that were applied to the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1515461, approved on 20 February 2020.
