ANACOM opinion on the prior notification of the Aire Networks/AR Telecom concentration operation

By decision of 18 March 2021, ANACOM approved the opinion on the prior notification of the concentration operation, which consists of the acquisition, by Aire Networks del Mediterráneo, of exclusive control of AR Telecom – Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, following the request made to ANACOM by the Competition Authority, under the terms of Article 55(1) of Law 19/2012 of 8 May (Competition Law, as currently worded).
