By decision taken on 20 May 2021, ANACOM approved the review of the value of regulatory costs of the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, concerning fees to be paid in 2020, from EUR 33 819 903 to EUR 34 351 823, due to the correction of the value of the regulatory costs in the item of provisions for legal proceedings associated with the electronic communications sector.
The review of the value of the t2 contribution rate to be applied to the relevant income of providers of electronic communications networks and services, with reference to 2020, from 0.8102% to 0.8229%, was also approved.
The additional settlement of the annual fee due for the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services for 2020, in the amount of EUR 531 920 euros, was also approved, in proportion to the relevant income used to calculate fees already settled.
