A workshop of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP), jointly organised by the European Commission (EC), the Chair (Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission - EETT) and Vice-Chairs (ANACOM and the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia - CNMC) of this group, was held on 6 July 2021.
This workshop brought together over 140 representatives from the postal, digital and e-commerce sector, who discussed the ERGP’s 2022 work proposal and the impact of the Green Deal on the postal sector.
ANACOM’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr João Cadete de Matos, Vice-Chairman of ERGP, moderated the session on the referred impact of the Green Deal on the postal sector, which included representatives from regulators, the industry and EC.
The session on the ERGP work programme for 2022 also included a presentation by Rita Filipe Silva, from ANACOM and Co-Chair of the ERGP Regulatory Framework Working Group.
