ANACOM's opinion on the application of SPORT - TV PORTUGAL for the exercise of the television activity

By determination dated 13 May 2021, ANACOM issued a positive opinion on the technical conditions for the application of SPORT – TV PORTUGAL for the exercise of the television activity via a pay-TV sports programme service, of national coverage, called SPORT TV6, following a request submitted by the Regulatory Authority for the Media, as laid down in paragraph 1 of article 17 of Law No 27/2007, of 30 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=979660 (Television Law, as it stands).
