On 22 March 2021, ANACOM approved a rate of 6.2627% for the cost of capital of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia for financial year 2021.
The draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1715184 had been notified on 12 January 2022 to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the National Regulatory Authorities of the other EU Member States. On 11 February 2022, EC gave its opinion with comments that did not imply any changes to the referred draft decision.
The final decision now approved will be notified to EC and BEREC.
