The Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) has placed the following document under public consultation:
- Draft RSPG Opinion on ITU-R World Radiocommunication Conference 2023

This document aims to:
- support the European Commission in developing the proposal to be submitted to the Council of the European Union (EU) on the position to be adopted at the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-23https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=424164);
- contribute to the development of the European Common Positions (ECPs) worked out within the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT);
- identify actions where the European Commission may need to intervene to provide political support for EU positions when negotiating with non-EU countries.
