- Directive (EU) 2022/2555https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1735800 of 14.12.2022, on measures to ensure a high common level of cybersecurity of the Union. It amends Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23.07.2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market, amends Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of 11.12.20218 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code and repeals Directive (EU) 2016/1148 of 06.07.2016 on measures to ensure a high common level of network and information security across the European Union.
