Approval of the Multiannual Activity Plan 2023-2025 and budget for 2023

By decision of 29 November 2022, ANACOM approved the public consultation report on the strategic guidelines for 2023-2025 and the multiannual activity plan 2023-2025, including the budget for 2023.

In the scope of the consultation launched by decision issued by this Authority on 2 August 2022https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1727634, contributions were received, within the deadline, from the following parties: Andrew Zino; ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal; ARLA - Assoc. Radioamadores Litoral Alentejano; AR Telecom; Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (DECO); Carlos Nora; Carlos Miranda; Equifax; Ericsson Telecomunicações; Inmarsat Global Limited; Inmarsat Ventures SE; Fastfiber - Infraestruturas de Comunicações; Huawei Tech. Portugal; the Raminho Parish Council; the Barreiros and Cepões Parish Council; the Praia de Mira Parish Council; the Campolide Parish Council; the Couto Dornelas Parish Council; the Sazes da Beira Parish Council; the Aramenha Parish Council; the Gafete Parish Council; the Almagreira Parish Council; LEOSAT Portugal; MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS Comunicações, NOS Açores, and NOS Madeira (jointly); NOWO Communications; ONITELECOM Infocomunicações; Postcrossing; REP - Rede dos Emissores Portugueses; Space Exploration Technologies; SumaMóvil Portugal; Vantage Towers; Vodafone Portugal.

Two other contributions were received, from Google and the Landal Parish Council, but past the deadline for responses to the consultation.

On the same date, ANACOM also approved its submission to the members of the Government responsible for the areas of finance and communications, under the terms and for the purposes of article 48 of this Authority’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851.
