Approval of the amendment to the right of use for frequencies allocated to MEO for the DTT service (MUX A)

By decision of 8 August 2023, ANACOM approved the amendment to the right of use for frequencies granted to MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia for the digital terrestrial television broadcasting service (DTT) associated with Multiplexer A (MUX A), corresponding to RUF ICP-ANACOM Title No 06/2008 (reissued).

In the context of the prior hearing and public consultation procedures to which the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1740004 in question was subject, it should be noted that, with regard to the deliberative point on the amendment to ICP-ANACOM RUF No 06/2008 (reissued) and the corresponding grounds, none of the interested parties submitted comments, although they were given the opportunity to do so.
