List of organisations competent to bring actions under Article 2 of Directive 2009/22/EC in the various Member States. As far as Portugal is concerned, they are as follows: Associação de Consumidores da Região Autónoma dos Açores, Associação de Consumidores de Portugal, Associação de Consumidores de Setúbal, DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa dos Consumidores and Associação de Consumidores "Ius Omnibus".
