Approval of the launch of the regulatory procedure for the adoption of an administrative regulation on the fees payable to ANACOM for issuing certificates and reproducing documents

By decision of 7 November 2023, ANACOM approved the launch of the regulatory procedure for the adoption of an administrative regulation on the fees payable to ANACOM for issuing certificates and reproducing documents, in the exercise of the regulatory power provided for in point a) of paragraph 2 of article 9, article 10 and paragraph 1 b) of article 26, all of ANACOM’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851, and under paragraph 3 of article 83 of the Administrative Procedure Code and paragraphs 1b) and c) of article 13 and paragraphs 1, 4, 5 and 6 of article 14 of Law No 26/2016https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1690252 of 22 August (LADA).
