Amendment to the technical requirements for Citizens' Band (CB) personal radio stations operating in the 26.96 - 27.41 MHz frequency band - amendment to the NFAT

By decision of 27 December 2023, ANACOM approved the amendments to the technical requirements for the operation of Citizens’ Band (CB) personal radio stations in the 26.96 - 27.41 MHz (27 MHz) frequency band and the corresponding update of the National Frequency Allocation Table (NFAT).

The prior hearing of interested parties was waived in accordance with paragraph 1 f) of article 124 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
