Extension of the consultation period with respect to application of a corrective measure relating to the practice of automatic activation of additional communications caps without prior request or consent from the end-user

By decision of 26 March 2024, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANACOM has approved an extension, for an additional period of 10 working days, to the prior hearing and public consultation being held on application of a corrective measure relating to the practice of automatic activation of additional communications caps without prior request or consent from the end-user.

This decision remains subject to ratification at the Board’s next ordinary meeting.
