PT Consumer Relations - London


The London offices of Postwatch served as venue on 30 June for the first meeting of the project team (PT) on Consumer Relations, under the European Committee for Postal Regulation (CERP).
 
The main working areas of this PT, without jeopardising the possibility of focusing on other associated issues, will be to:
 
? gather information on claims;

? research the performance standards regarding consumer contacts and the submission of claims;

? gather information on the level of customer satisfaction per the universal service requirements.
 
This first meeting saw the discussion and definition, in general terms, of the content of a questionnaire meant to gather information from the member States. It will later be used to draw up a report with an in-depth analysis of the above-mentioned topics.
