Summary: This European Commission report presents the key results of a survey into the European population’s access to electronic communications. The survey, which was carried out in the 25 member-states of the European Union between 7 December 2005 and 11 January 2006, is meant as an added contribution to the review of the regulatory framework on electronic communications in the EU.
