By determination of 31 May 2007, approval was granted to the statement of compliance of PT Comunicações’ cost accounting system (PTC) with the regulatory provisions that apply to the fixed telephone service and leased lines service, for 2002-2003, following an audit carried out by BDO Binder & Co.
