Evaluation of net costs incurred through the provision of universal service

By determination of 30 January 2008, approval was given to a decision on the evaluation of net costs incurred through the provision of the universal service. This determination integrates the report on the prior hearing to which the correspondent draft decision, dated 5 December 2007, was subject. PT Comunicações, the main interested party, was requested to identify the elements included in both documents deemed to be confidential, and ANACOM decided subsequently the public versions of the final decision and prior hearing report, which have now been made publicly available.
